Customers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. For an approved quality issue, shipping damage, or fulfillment error attributable to Leagoo, Leagoo covers the approved return shipping cost. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

LEAGOO LIMITED WARRANTY

Leagoo is a furniture brand operated by PINXIAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Leagoo products purchased directly from Leagoo and used under normal residential conditions in the contiguous United States.

WARRANTY PERIODS

The warranty period begins on the original product delivery date.

Whole Chair:

3-year limited warranty against covered defects in workmanship, assembly, and eligible chair components, subject to the component-specific periods below.

Metal Frame:

3-year limited warranty against structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Motor:

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects affecting the operation of the original motor.

Upholstery, Leather, Fabric, and Cushioning:

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Where a component-specific warranty period is stated, that component-specific period controls.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Subject to inspection and verification, this warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal residential use within the applicable warranty period.

Depending on the nature of the verified defect, Leagoo may provide:

Troubleshooting assistance

Replacement parts

Repair instructions

Repair service where available

Replacement of the affected component

Another appropriate remedy determined by Leagoo and required by applicable law

The remedy will depend on the reported issue, product condition, availability of parts, service location, and applicable legal requirements.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Natural changes in leather, fabric, foam, wood, or other materials

Natural variations in color, grain, texture, or surface appearance

Softening or compression of cushioning resulting from normal use

Scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, odors, or cosmetic damage caused after delivery

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage

Damage caused by pets, children, sharp objects, liquids, chemicals, heat, fire, moisture, or environmental conditions

Damage caused by exceeding the product’s stated weight capacity

Commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-residential use

Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, cleaning, modification, or repair

Use of unauthorized replacement parts, accessories, power supplies, or controls

Damage caused by moving, disassembly, transportation, or relocation after delivery

Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, unsuitable electrical connections, or external electrical conditions

Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or identification labels

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Products sold as final sale, clearance, display, used, or refurbished when the limitation was disclosed before purchase

Incidental or consequential loss to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law

Human-caused damage and normal wear are not covered by this warranty.

Do not disassemble, repair, modify, or return the product before receiving instructions from Leagoo.

Leagoo may request additional information or reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a warranty remedy.

INSPECTION AND SERVICE

Warranty coverage is subject to verification that the reported issue is a covered manufacturing defect and that the claim was submitted within the applicable warranty period.

Leagoo will provide service instructions after reviewing the claim. Products or components sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Any shipping, pickup, labor, installation, or on-site service arrangements will be confirmed in writing as part of the approved warranty solution.

REPLACEMENT PARTS AND PRODUCTS

Replacement parts or products may differ slightly in color, grain, texture, finish, or appearance because of material variation, manufacturing updates, or product availability.

A replacement part or product does not restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law. It remains covered for the balance of the original applicable warranty period.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This warranty is provided in addition to rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
